Do I need a reservation?

Creatable Crafts is a totally drop in studio. We operate on a first come first painting basis. We do not accept reservations with the exceptions of parties, corporate events and groups of more than 10 painters. Please call ahead to make arrangements for your party, otherwise just come on in.

When can I pick up my pottery?

On a regular day pottery completed by 5:00 pm will be fired that night and available for pick up the next day at 11:30 am. On a rainy day the time you would need to be done to pick up the next day gets earlier. We will need to cut off next day pick up when we have a quantity of pottery completed that will fill our five kilns. If you paint in an evening or after we have cut off the next day then your pottery will be ready in two days at 11:30 am.

Can you send me my pottery?

We do offer shipping. Shipping charges including packing begin at $12 for a box with one or two regular size pieces. Larger or additional pieces will incur additional shipping charges. We are expert at packaging your pottery for shipping and have a fantastic safe arrival percentage. We try to ship pieces within about a week and a half.
